toothless

But I will gather

my shattered pearls

And make a necklace

of my wayward fangs

Smiling

through my bleeding gums

as I bite my way

through the sunset

Tine Demuth is pursuing her passion for writing after being active as a professional dramaturg, actor, and drama teacher in the Baltimore and DC theatre scene. Demuth’s ten minute play, "Flesh or Stone," was produced by Rapid Lemon Productions as part of their Variations on Myth Festival. She is currently working on a full length play.
